Returning by Popular Demand

To all my valued clients. Many of you have expressed a concern that since I have left many of you have had a hard time sourcing qualified and trustworthy computer support personnel. I am happy to inform you that, Starting in December, I will devote a limited amount of time and resources to the task. It will be on a first come first serve basis, and a limited amount of hours in the month. But I will do my best to help out where possible.

There will be a number of changes to the way repair work will be handled. House calls will be at my discretion, but I will provide remote assistance sessions to facilitate  a service repair request. If for some reason the repair can not be performed remotely, then the computer may have to come to me.

Please no requests for service after 8:00PM

My goal is to ensure you are fully satisfied with the services performed by MCD Computer & Data Solutions. If, for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied with my services, I will make every effort to make it right.
